The Enterprise Leaders Forum

The work you are doing to drive fair and inclusive workplaces is incredibly important. You know that this moment calls for new approaches to drive impact as expectations and resources evolve — and you don’t have to do it alone.

What it is

The Enterprise Leaders Forum is an action-oriented peer learning series that strengthens senior talent and culture leaders navigating today’s changing landscape to accelerate their impact at the enterprise level.

Who it’s for

  • Enterprise leader who reports to the C-suite leading People, HR, Talent, Culture or Inclusion work.
  • Navigating increased complexity and evolving expectations to deliver on talent and culture priorities and continue positioning your work as business-critical.
  • Seeking a trusted, peer-level space to pressure-test ideas with others who truly understand the stakes of your role.

What to expect

This experience takes place from May to October 2026, comprising three 90-minute virtual sessions and one optional in-person convening in New York City tied to The Conference Board’s (TCB) People First: Elevating Talent for the Future Conference.

Through the peer learning series, you’ll develop a trusted peer network of 15-20 carefully selected leaders who share your professional context and commitment to advancing equal opportunity in the workplace.

You’ll also develop a Capstone Portfolio of high-value takeaways from the learning series that you can use right away to continue driving influence and impact at your organization:

  • A clear personal leadership mission and executive value proposition
  • An honest, peer-informed assessment of how your function is currently positioned at your organization
  • A sphere of influence map and stakeholder strategy to advance business priorities

This experience is offered at no cost thanks to the generous support of the W.K. Kellogg Foundation. However, participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation for the optional in-person convening in New York in October 2026.
